Who do you normally train?
I train people of all ages, men and women, children and also work with highly vulnerable groups like the elderly and disabled. Each individual is provided with their own individual training programme.
What kind of training do you offer?
I offer training in personal fitness that would be bespoke for you. Once we meet, we can discuss what you like, what you would like to do and find a series of key fitness training regimes suitable for you and which will make the most impact for your wellbeing.
What does it cost?
As the personal fitness training is bespoke, the prices are dependent on the type of training and the number of sessions. We can discuss this during the first meeting. What I can say is that the prices are reasonable and in line with current market rates.
Where can I do the training?
The best option would be to do the training at a gym, ideally Hood Park. However, a number of clients prefer their sessions at home where they have some facilities. In some cases I will loan some of the equipment relevant to your specific training.
